You can easily upload images in a ZIP file from your hard-drive via web-browser. You don't have to connect and upload them by FTP. Requirements:
1. PHP4 or better
2. GD2.0 library
3. Zend Optimizer 2.1 or better. Only one core file is encoded. All other the files and templates are absolutely open-source, so you can easily customize them according to your needs.
4. FFmpeg (optional) is required for converting videos to FLV format and for creating custom thumbs from videos. If you don't have it installed, you can build video galleries anyway but you cannot convert videos from one format to another.

Now UUGallery displays post title in the title of the fullsized viewer as well it displays the post meta tags. You need to update only single file: core.php. No changes in viewer.php are needed.
